Hi, my name is Malte Resenberger-Loosmann, and I have over 15 years of experience in the 3D/CGI industry.
As Lead Artist, it is my responsibility of guiding the entire art department, including concepts, UI, VFX, characters, environments, animation, as well as weapons and props.
I collaborate closely with art direction, game direction, and narrative teams to effectively lead approximately 14 highly skilled artists. Additionally, I play a key role in our recruitment processes, outsourcing briefings, providing guidance and direction/vision.
I actively contribute to production planning and engage in strategic art discussions with our management to ensure that the work aligns seamlessly with the game’s and companies quality and goals.
